Emancipation and empowerment of women through skill trainings, Seminars, exposure trips and income generating programmes, such as poultry, dairy, sheep rearing, bricks making, kitchen gardens, etc. which contribute to improve the status and bargaining power of women in the family and in the society. Empowerment with additional or up gradation of skills, which provides more and better employment and income opportunities with follow-up for self-employment, group ventures, production, consumption and marketing.
M A C S : Mutually Aided Co-operative Societies for and of women, one each in Wanaparthy & Pangal Mandals, functioning with promising results and formation of more MACS in other Mandals, for men as well, are in progress.
